Garments delivered in the morning before 12 noon will be available that evening.

Cyclists get a special rate for washing their tracksuits

Our reception is open H 24 7 days a week so you can register and have the room at any time.

 

What services are available for cyclists?

Our hotel has a convenient, electronically locked, video-monitored bike room.

Cyclists who need it will be able to use our high-pressure cleaner to wash their bikes and a maintenance corner. Specific tools can also be provided on request depending on availability.

For those who need it, we provide a changing room, a shower, lockers and the possibility of using our car park even after room check-out.

If needed, we will put you in touch with mini-van drivers equipped with bicycle transport carts.

Is there animation in the hotel?

To the delight of parents and children Mini-club the '7 Dwarfs' from Monday to Saturday from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. with professional animation only in the winter season

While our games room is always open for the enjoyment of the little ones.

Upon request, it will also be possible to have a list of babysitters to contact in case of need

Does the hotel have a gym?

At your disposal is a gymnasium complete with state-of-the-art equipment, open daily from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Use of the gym is reserved for hotel guests and is free of charge.

On the day of departure, is it possible to have a spare room for the afternoon after a bike ride?

All our guests will be provided with a changing room, a locker and the possibility of taking a shower directly in the wellness area (subject to availability)

Is it possible to use your car park after check-out?

Of course! Should you still want to make a trip to Bormio or the surrounding area, you can take advantage of our convenient parking area two steps from the centre for as long as you need it.

Is it possible to rent electric mountain and road bikes?

There are two shops within walking distance where you will find quality road bikes and electric mountain bikes for hire, but we strongly suggest you book them well in advance, especially for the high season.

Are there any easy walks in the vicinity?

Of course! There are walks for all kinds of demands, from the village's cycle path along the river to the forest walk and trails for the more adventurous

How far are the ski lifts?

The ski lifts are 700 m from the hotel and can be reached by our free private shuttle bus in just 3 minutes

Are pets allowed?

With us, animals are welcome! Your four-legged friend has free access to all areas of the hotel, excluding the SPA.

A comfortable kennel and bowl for your pet will also be provided

Is a dog-sitting service provided?

Should you need to entrust your dog to someone in order to enjoy your holiday in Bormio to the fullest, you will be provided with a list of dog walkers from which you can choose the person you like best

Where can I park my car?

Our hotel has two convenient free outdoor car parks and one covered car park for a fee. However, we suggest that you go to our reception on arrival to receive the correct directions on where to park your car.

Do you have wi-fi connection?

Of course, it is possible to connect for free throughout the entire facility using a 100mb/s connection

How many room types are there?

Our hotel is equipped with 4 types: The Basic (some of them are also prepared for people with walking difficulties), The Classic (some of them can have an additional 3rd and 4th bed), The Superior, De Luxe Double and De Luxe Triple Family rooms that can accommodate up to 4 people (some of them have 2 separate rooms, they are the most suitable for families with children)

What are the lifts' opening times?

The ticket office is open from 8.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. and it is possible to purchase ski passes directly at the hotel during the winter period

Do you have Sky in the rooms?

All our rooms are equipped with SKY channels. The service is free of charge and you can choose your favourite channel. Sports channels are also available for live football matches, children's channels and many other programmes to satisfy all our guests' tastes.

Is it possible to add a camp bed for small children to the double rooms?

Almost all our double rooms have enough space to add a comfortable camp bed for a small additional charge.

 

Is it possible to add a bed in double rooms?

In some cases, only in rooms that are larger in size, an additional bed can be added for a small supplement.

 

Are rooms with wooden flooring available?

Not all of our rooms have wooden flooring, so we recommend that you specify your preferences when making your reservation, and we will try to accommodate your needs according to our availability.

All but one of the Classic rooms have carpeted floors.

Do you have a coffee machine and kettle in your room?

In all rooms there is a kettle with complimentary herbal tea, but no coffee machine is available.

Our guests can use the bar service in the hotel lobby for all the coffee products they desire.

 

Do all the rooms have a mountain view?

All our rooms have a mountain view, clearly the rooms on higher floors have a better view.

Can the rooms have separate beds?

Of course! In all our rooms you can request double or twin beds.

What time is the room available?

We guarantee our rooms from 15:00 onwards, however, rooms are often ready by early afternoon.

If your room was unoccupied the night before, on the day of your arrival, you will find it available from early morning.

What time should I leave the room on the day of departure?

We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10.30 a.m.

On request, and subject to availability, it is possible to extend room occupancy for an additional charge

The option must be arranged with reception on the day before departure.

Do all rooms have a balcony?

Not all of our rooms have a balcony, so please specify your preferences for the room you have booked and read the room characteristics carefully when making your reservation

What are the Deluxe rooms like?

Our De Luxe rooms can be double or triple family rooms with 4 beds (these can have a single room or the living area separated from the sleeping area).

Those who book this type will be able to choose between a modern design room, a traditional Alpine style room or a top-floor room with exposed wooden beams.

De Luxe room features of modern design include: Wooden floor, shower and balcony.

Features for the traditional Alpine-style De Luxe are: Carpet, balcony, whirlpool bath (most) or shower

The features for the De Luxe with exposed beams are: Carpet, Jacuzzi and no balcony

Features for the triple De Luxe with exposed beams are: Wooden floor, whirlpool bath or shower and no balcony (only 1 of these has a panoramic terrace)

If no special room features are explicitly requested, the best room will be allocated according to our availability.

What are the cancellation policies like?

Cancellation is free of charge until the 5th day prior to arrival (the day of arrival is not counted and it is possible to cancel free of charge until 23:59 on the 6th day prior to arrival).

In the event of cancellation or modification after the deadline, but also in the event of no-show, your credit card will be charged for the 1st night.

If the booking was made directly with us (i.e., not through external channels such as Booking.com), the possibility of recovery of the amount of the penalty charged will be assessed in specific cases.

What is the difference between a booking from booking and a direct booking over the phone or from our official website?

Guests who book directly with us will get the 5% discounted departure rate compared to the Booking portal and will receive a complimentary welcome drink. In addition, in case of cancellation after the free cancellation period, more flexibility regarding the penalty amount will be applied.

If you already know the desired period, we can proceed with a reservation which can be paid in advance, a gift voucher will then be issued indicating the reservation reference and any dedications or personalised phrases of your choice.

What is on the menu?

Our kitchen staff offers an à la carte menu with a selection of traditional Valtellina dishes and some classic Italian dishes.

In addition, every day, our Chef prepares an additional 4-course menu to satisfy the tastes of all our half-board guests

 

What are the meal times?

Buffet breakfast is served from 7.30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. (in the summer period and on request it is possible to have breakfast earlier, in which case the choice of products available will be reduced)

Dinner is served from 19:00 to 21:30

Are gluten-free and/or vegan dishes available at dinner?

Our kitchen does not have a specific laboratory for the preparation of gluten-free products, but our chef can perfectly handle requests.

In addition to the availability of gluten-free pasta for the most severe intolerances, our staff can also offer you specific dishes, including meat, according to kitchen availability.

Our culinary proposal always includes choices suitable for vegans, vegetarians and those suffering from lactose intolerance both at breakfast and dinner

Our restaurant is open during the summer and winter season for dinner

During the low season, our hotel offers bed and breakfast, but we will provide you with a list of the best restaurants in Bormio (most within walking distance) so you can make the best arrangements

Is a bathrobe provided?

If you have chosen the rate including spa entry, you will find a soft bathrobe and comfortable slippers in your room.

Should you not have included the spa in your booking, you will have the option of renting the kit by collecting it directly from the reception of our wellness centre in the basement.

Is it possible to use the pool on the day of departure?

To round off your stay in the best possible way, even after you have vacated your room, you will have access to our indoor swimming pool with whirlpool and cervical waterfall and use the outdoor wood-fired sauna until 3 p.m. You will also have access to the showers with aroma and chrome therapy, the relaxation corner and the herbal tea corner.

Is it necessary to book admission to the Bagni Vecchi or Bagni Nuovi in Bormio?

Reservations are compulsory. In order to avoid lack of availability, we recommend booking the entrance immediately after booking the room, especially during busy periods such as weekends, long weekends and holidays.

Is it possible to enter the Qc Terme with children?

Unfortunately, children under the age of 14 are not allowed at the Qc Terme Bagni Vecchi and Bagni Nuovi.

We suggest that families opt for the Bormio Thermal Baths where there are pools for small children, water games and water slides
